These terms and conditions apply to the sale of Products by Online Mart unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between a Consumer or Consumers and Online Mart. When selling to Consumers, Online Mart applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable Swedish legislation, including the law (2005: 59) on distance contracts.

The Products

Products sold on Online Mart’s Website are posted by Online Mart following acquisition from individual third-party sources which are each given due assessment before approval by Online Mart. Each individual Product must match Product descriptions. Products must not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or in any way violate any relevant rules, norms and practices. Online Mart will not perform marketing for Products that do not meet the requirements that Online Mart places on the Shops. Online Mart therefore encourages the Consumer to notify Online Mart of any infringement of these rules.

Making Purchases

Purchases of the Products are made via www.onlinemart.se. Online Mart does not enter into a purchase agreement with the Consumer until Online Mart has confirmed the order through an email order confirmation. Online Mart does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18) without the consent of a guardian. All image content must be viewed as accurate illustrations. Images should be reliable guides to products but not exact facsimiles of Products. In the event that a Product in Online Mart’s assortment has expired or for some other reason is not available, the sale will be cancelled. The Consumer then has the right to receive his or her money back. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Website if you have made orders that violate the provisions of these General Terms or in violation of applicable law, such as online fraud.

Delivery Policy

Online Mart shall endeavor to deliver all confirmed orders with haste. Products sold may be delivered at different times. Some Products sold may have different dimensions preventing normal postal delivery; such products are referred to in this section as Special Delivery Products. For Special Delivery Products, special delivery terms will apply. Delivery Terms for Special Delivery Products (other than bulky and / or heavy products) – Special Delivery Products may incur extra charges and take 5-10 working days to deliver. Special Delivery Products marked with ‘Express delivery’ will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Consumers who have not received any notification or notification of delivery within these time periods should contact Online Mart as soon as possible to ensure that there has been no fault with their order.

Prices and payment

Online Mart’s prices are inclusive of value added tax unless otherwise stated.

Security and privacy

All handling of the Consumer’s data is encrypted and secure.

Online Mart processes the Consumer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Return Policy

The consumer’s right to return goods is protected by the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. The Consumer has 14 calendar days to cancel a given order. For products purchased by the Consumer between November 25 and December 24, the customer has the right to cancel his or her purchase until January 31 of the following year. The consumer is thus entitled to withdraw from the contract of purchase by leaving or sending a notice thereof within this period. Sealed products are covered by the right of return only if the sealing is unbroken.

The cancellation period starts from the day the Consumer receives the Product. Online Mart will repay the purchase price without undue delay after the return has been received or the Consumer has shown that the Product has been returned. The consumer must pay the return freight himself and it is recommended to return the Product in original packaging.

To make use of the right to return Products, Online Mart advises that the Consumer first contact Online Mart’s Customer Service. The Consumer understands that, in order to exercise the right of return, the Consumer shall return the Product within 14 calendar days of notification of the right of return. Unless the Product is returned within the prescribed time, the right of return is invalidated.

Warranty

All Products sold at are sold with a right of complaint in accordance with current relevant laws. Defects that infringe on a consumer’s rights will incur an appropriate and direct. Response, replacement, refund or otherwise agreed-upon measure .

Online Mart is responsible for its own customer support.
